Cepap Worldwide Trunk Services
Cepap Global VoIP Trunk is a service that allows
businesses to share the capacity for all their virtual
phone numbers on one common trunk. With this service,
there is no need to provision one T1 in each country, no
need to know anything about TDM, and no need to pay
per-minute fees. Customers can manage the capacity
allocated to each of their local numbers according to
their specific needs with maximum flexibility. They do it
on their own and in real-time.
As an example, a call center based in India might need a
local number from New York, London, Sydney and one from
Auckland and needs all its incoming calls to be forwarded
via SIP to its office in India. The call center
needs each number to support up to 30 concurrent calls
(which makes a total of 120 concurrent calls).
Traditionally, the call center would need to purchase one
T1 in each country. By using the Cepap Trunk Services,
the call center simply needs to order a trunk supporting
a total of 40 or 50 concurrent calls, and then share the
capacity amongst all its numbers. It's much more
efficient. |
